Drip AI – Terms of Use
If the App offers subscriptions or other in-app purchases, those purchases are processed by your app store (for example, Apple), and subscription status may be verified using a third-party provider (RevenueCat) to unlock paid features.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Drip AI (the “App”), published by Teodor Voznyy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for a broad audience. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your device for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Infringe the rights of any third party while using the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Use the App to create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Use the App to impersonate another individual or create deceptive deepfake content.
3. Accounts and Access
Drip AI does not require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any data stored locally within the App.
4. Description of the Service
Drip AI is an entertainment application that allows users to upload or capture a photo and generate AI-styled images featuring streetwear-inspired outfits and stylized urban visuals.
The App may allow users to:
- Upload a photo from the device camera or photo library.
- Choose style intensity and seasonal preferences.
- Generate AI-styled images based on the uploaded photo.
- Compare original and generated images.
- Save or share generated images.
- Open external shopping searches for visually similar clothing items (“Shop the Look”).
The App does not sell clothing or physical products. “Shop the Look” opens third-party websites or services, such as Google Shopping, outside the App.
Data processing for image generation: When you request an image generation, your uploaded photo, selected style and season options, and limited technical request data are sent to our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase) and our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. These data are used solely to generate the requested image and are not used for AI training or permanent storage. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content and Photo Responsibility
You may upload photographs to generate AI-styled images. You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
- You own the photo or otherwise have the legal right to use it.
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable person shown in the photo.
- You will not upload photos that violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
Uploading photos of other individuals without their consent, or using the App to impersonate, mislead, harass, defame, or deceive others, is strictly prohibited.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Images produced by the App are generated using artificial intelligence and are artificial creations. The App does not guarantee perfect resemblance, factual accuracy, realism, or the availability of any specific visual result.
Uploaded photos are used only to generate the images requested by the user. They are not used to train AI models, and are not used for biometric identification or facial recognition.
The “CCTV / surveillance” visual style is purely artistic and does not indicate any connection to real surveillance systems, real events, or real public safety services.
Generated images and shopping suggestions are provided for entertainment and inspiration purposes only. Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unrelated to the exact generated outfit.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI image and operating the App.
Subject to these Terms, you may use generated images for personal and non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any generated image complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others.
All intellectual property rights in the App itself, including its design, software, branding, and content other than user-uploaded photos, are owned by or licensed to us.
8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Drip AI may offer paid features through auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases (“Purchases”). Purchases are processed by the app store through which you downloaded the App (for example, Apple App Store), and are governed by the app store’s terms and policies.
- Weekly subscription: URBAN PASS – Weekly, €7.99 per week, including 1500 credits per week (15 generations).
- Consumable credit packs: The App may also offer one-time credit purchases with the quantities and prices shown in the App at the time of purchase.
- Billing and renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s app store account settings.
- Trials and promotions: If a free trial or promotional offer is made available, it may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, as described by the app store at the time of purchase.
- Restore purchases: If supported by your platform, you can restore eligible purchases using the App’s restore function and/or the app store restore mechanism.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the app store provider and are subject to its refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by the app store.
- Credits: Subscription credits expire at renewal and do not roll over. Consumable credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in the App.
We may use a third-party provider (RevenueCat) to help verify subscription status and manage entitlements, including restoring purchases and unlocking paid features.
9. Data Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Drip AI handles information, including uploaded photos, subscriptions, and app preferences. Please review it carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.
10. Third-Party Services and Content
The App may include or use third-party services and content, such as AI processing providers, backend infrastructure providers, app store in-app purchase services, subscription management providers, external shopping links, and open-source libraries. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Updates and Changes
We may release updates or enhancements to the App from time to time. These updates may add, modify, or remove features, including paid features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated App and these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated images will meet your expectations or intended purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, your inability to use the App, any generated content, any third-party service, or any misuse of uploaded photos.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teodor Voznyy from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your uploaded content, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
